Hi, I'm Catherine!

I have called Gainesville home since 2016, where I earned both my undergraduate and master’s degrees at the University of Florida. With a master’s in Urban and Regional Planning, I bring a deep understanding of community dynamics and development to my real estate career.


In my first seven months as a realtor, I achieved over $1 million in sales, delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships. I’m passionate about making the real estate process simple and seamless, knowing how important this next chapter is for my clients.


My experience managing in the food and bar industry, combined with my time as a yoga instructor, has further enhanced my ability to connect with people and build a strong network. I enjoy staying active in Gainesville’s vibrant food and music scene, exploring its natural beauty, and spending time with my pets.
